Shipping Charges: Minimum shipping charge is $10.00. Orders in the continental U.S. over $99.00 will receive free freight
except for items that have any of the following symbols UPS, or FX-Grd(
FedEx Ground). For these items add 20% of the catalog price. Truck shipments requiring inside delivery will incur additional charges. Orders less than $99.00 add $10.00 for shipping.
Add 20% of catalog prices to all orders going to Alaska, with a $15.00 minimum charge. Overseas shipments, APO and FPO addresses
are subject to actual U.S.P.O. rates. Overnight, 2nd day, and 3rd day shipments are available. Please call 1-800-432-0213 for quote.
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from us. When requesting authorization to make returns please include billing invoice number, and a copy of your packing slip, picking ticket or invoice. Materials being returned must be in a saleable condition and should be insured since you are responsible for all materials invoiced. |
